Overview
The Highly Dynamic Temperature Control Systems Presto Plus and Magnum 91 are the perfect solution for precise, external temperature applications. The units offer extremely rapid heat-up and cool-down times, wide working temperature ranges without the necessity of changing fluids and exceptional performance with compact dimensions. The units provide self-optimizing ICC Intelligent Cascade Control. All models have a backlit, 4-line LCD display and a bright VFD-Info-Display.
The pump pressure is adjustable in stages and indicated on the illuminated display. The automatic filling and de-gas mode insures easy handling. Air-cooled, water-cooled or combined air and water-cooled models are available. Analog and digital interfaces allow for safe laboratory automation with the flexibility to adapt to future development.
Typical applications are to control temperatures in jacketed reaction vessels, reactor systems, autoclaves, distillation and pilot plants, calibration or semiconductor many other industrial processes.
TCF full control Temperature Control Features allow individual optimization and access to all important control parameters, additional settings for band limit, co-speedfactor and other such settings.
ICC Intelligent Cascade Control for automatic and self-optimizing adjustments of PID control parameters providing temperature stability.
ATC Absolute Temperature Calibration for manual compensation of a temperature difference, single point calibration, provides high measuring accuracy.
ACC Active Cooling Control for cooling available throughout the entire working temperature range, provides fast cool-down even at higher temperatures.
Closed side panels without ventilation slits and all ports in either the front or the back reduce to a minimum the amount of space needed to operate, as units can be placed side by side with other laboratory equipment or furniture.
